Warranty Information

Warranty Information (only for hair irons)

Jean Pierre provides a limited lifetime replacement warranty covering any breakage, failure due to design of manufacturing defect for as long as you own the product. This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse or normal ware and tare. Read all instruction before use.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

You appliance is virtually maintenance free.

  • Keep heated surface clean and free of dust, dirt, hair spray and other styling products.
  • If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the appliance from the power source and allow it to cool, and then wipe the exterior surface with a damp cloth.
  • If the cord becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
  • When using electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed.

WARNING

  • Keep away from water! Do not drop into water or other liquid.
  • Always unplug the appliance immediately after use.
  • Do not use while bathing. Do not use or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
  • If the appliance falls into the water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the water.
  • Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individuals with disabilities
  • Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use any attachments not provided by the manufacturer.
  • Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around appliance when it is on.
  • Do not use Outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or oxygen is being administered.
  • Never operate this appliance if it has damaged cord or plug. If it is not working properly, return the appliance to an agent or the manufacturer for examination and repair.

STORAGE

When not in use, unplug. Allow appliance to cool and store out of reach of children in safe, dry location. Never wrap the cord around the appliance, as this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Handle cord carefully for longer life and avoid jerking, bending sharply, twisting, or straining cord, especially in the plug connection.
